Cayman Tech Creations ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of others and anticipates that our users will adhere to these principles as well. As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address any claims regarding copyright infringement that arise from the use of our services if such claims are directed to our Designated Copyright Agent as indicated in the notice format provided below.

If you are a copyright owner, someone authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or have rights under copyright law, we encourage you to report any suspected copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site"). Please do so by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and forwarding it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving this Notice, we will take appropriate action, at our discretion, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If applicable, you may provide a representative list of multiple copyrighted works.

• 5. Include your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who intentionally misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable.

If you believe that content which was taken down (or access to which was disabled) does not constitute infringement, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, the owner's representative, or under the law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content removed or to which access was disabled, along with where the content was accessible before it was taken down;
• 3. A statement expressing your genuine belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, along with a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and that you are willing to accept service from the individual who gave notice of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy of it to the original complainant, informing them that we might reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder takes legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed material may be restored or re-enabled in 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our sole discretion.

In alignment with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have enforced a policy that permits the termination of users deemed to be repeat infringers in suitable circumstances, at our discretion. Additionally, we may limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it constitutes repeated infringement.
